After finding the right line to edit, only duplicate in the last 9 pairs to set the batting lineup - doing so for the first 9 (fielding positions) will crash the game. So for example if it says DIVISION=3, then the roster3 line is the one for your team. That number indicates which roster is for your team. In the coach file look for the number by the line that says DIVISION=. Make sure you are actually editing your team's roster line. It seems like you are on the right track.
